SunNet: This software package is designed to use with hand-held remote control programming on all FX, FC models. Using SunNet you can upload your own images or video files and retrieve them to display on your sign at any time. One very important feature of the SunNet software is to make sure your display is up to date. It checks and updates: firmware, effects, fonts, and it can also correct any reported bugs or glitches.

Keep your sign up to date by downloading the latest SunNet Software from our support page. Simply connect your sign to your PC and click on update.The latest software version will automatically over-write and update the older version of SunNet software.

SunNet Pro: This is an optional software choice for all FC and FX models which enables you to control the sign through your PC.

SunNet Pro supports most types of communication, such as Bluetooth wireless, Networking, RS 232, Fax Modem. Here are some additional features:

Should a hardware failure occur, your Outdoor Display is covered by a 1-Year factory protection plan for window displays at no extra charge.The SunRise Extended Service Plan is also available for an additional cost to provide the next level of investment protection.

If you experience a hardware failure with a covered product during the plan's term, simply call your distributor, report the issue, and after basic troubleshooting, the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be given instruction for the next steps to making the necessary repairs.
