SunNet: Our SunNet software has been designed for hand-held remote control Signs (FX and FC). This basic software can be used to upload images to your display to be retrieved from your on-board library at any time. The main feature of the SunNet software is to update your sign's firmware, effects, fonts, and for fixing any reported bugs.
To keep your sign up to date, just download the latest SunNet Software from our support page and install directly over your existing software. Connect to your sign and just click on update.

If you experience a hardware failure with a covered product during the plan's term, simply call the toll-free number, report the issue, and after basic troubleshooting, if the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, you will be given instruction for the next steps to making the necessary repairs.
