There are many manufacturers of LED on the market today. When you buy, you will want to make sure the LED is reliable and you are purchasing from a leader in display technology. SunRise LED Inc. engineers put stringent demands on the LED during the manufacturing stage.
As part of a continuing tradition of excellence in communications technology, SunRise LED uses the latest advancements in environmental technology to test the limits of every SunRise LED product, in order to evaluate the life cycle of all our LED products.
From punishing salt and fog chambers that exaggerate the corrosive effects of coastal precipitation to blistering environmental simulators that mimic extreme climate changes, our dedicated product reliability technicians pushes each SunRise products to their absolute performance limits, using their findings to implement continued product improvements to ensure SunRise continues to produce superior products built to perform for years to come.

Climate Chamber
For component-level environmental testing, SunRise technicians use a climate chamber to test components against heat (up to 70° C, 158° F), cold (-10° C, 14° F) and humidity (up to 90 percent RH), to assure that your display can function under even the most adverse conditions. |
 |
Salt Fog Chamber
The Salt Fog Chamber punishes SunRise products with a 5% salt solution at 35° C (95° F) to help gauge a component’s capacity to withstand the corrosive effects of salty coastal air. |
 |
Environmental Simulator
To assure that our displays are as tough as their components, SunRise LED technicians use a massive 4,500 square foot environmental chamber to put entire video boards through a variety of stress tests before product release. |
 |
IP Validation (Water/Dust)
IP (Ingress Protection) testing drenches displays with high-pressure water jets to assure proper defense against moisture while a high-intensity vacuum chamber helps gauge and combat dust penetration. |

Vibration Test
SunRise LED are placed in a Vibration Test Machine to make sure they are securely affixed and will not dislodge during shipping and handling. |
